The role of Disrepair Coordinator will include:
1. Tracking and managing all disrepair claims, including EPA cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution
2. Coordinating appointments and schedules with surveyors, contractors, and customers
3. Monitoring progress against agreed timeframes and escalating delays proactively
4. Maintaining accurate records and producing reports to support compliance and continuous improvement
5. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service tailored to individual needs
6. Supporting colleagues across regions to ensure consistent service delivery
7. Contributing to special projects aligned with Sanctuary's values and objectives
Skills and experiences:
8. Recent experience in a similar administrative role
9. Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities
10. Experience producing compliance and statistical reports
11. Excellent organisational and communication skills
12. Strong customer care and interpersonal abilities
13. Ability to interpret and manage computerised data
14. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365
15. Ability to work independently and take initiative
