About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and motivated marketing professional to help us grow the B2C market for our SafetyGel product range, with a particular focus on our vomit and urine absorbing bags. Alongside this, you’ll also support daily fulfilment activity to stay close to the product and customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a modern, digitally-led marketing approach, building awareness, trust, and engagement with new audiences, while supporting real-world needs in healthcare, travel, and everyday situations.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who already understands how content performs online and wants to develop their skills in a supportive, purpose-driven business. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership from day one, while developing your expertise with guidance from our team.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
* Create and publish engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & other relevant social media channels
Influencer & Partnership Development
* Identify, engage and manage relationships with influencers and content creators aligned to our audience
* Coordinate outreach activity including product gifting, campaign delivery and ongoing collaboration
* Track performance across partnerships, including affiliate activity, and use insights to improve results
B2C Marketing & Campaign Delivery
* Support the planning and delivery of B2C campaigns, contributing ideas and creative approaches
* Collaborate on paid and organic activity, including testing content and improving optimisation
* Ensure all content and messaging is clear, practical and aligned with the Datesand tone of voice
Performance & Insights
* Track content and campaign performance, using data to identify what works and improve results
* Contribute and test new ideas and approaches to support B2C engagement and improve conversion
About You
* Creative, proactive, and keen to learn
* Comfortable with social media platforms and digital trends
* Interested in influencer marketing and content creation
* Organised and confident in communicating with external partners
* Able to balance creativity with data-driven thinking
* Experience managing social media accounts or campaigns
* Familiarity with affiliate platforms or influencer tools
* Basic video editing skills/ experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software or similar
* Understanding of e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing
