This is a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, overseeing a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors delivering electrical projects up to £1M in value. You will drive operational performance, ensure compliance with industry standards (BS 7671, NICEIC), manage key client relationships, and support strategic growth across the unit. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the successful delivery of electrical installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects valued upto £1M * Manage a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency * Oversee day-to-day operations and long-term planning to support business growth and client satisfaction * Maintain and build strong relationships with key FMCG clients, ensuring a high standard of service and repeat business * Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the electrical division * Ensure strict compliance with BS 7671 (18th Edition), NICEIC regulations, and all safety legislation * Drive continuous improvement in project execution, labour utilisation, and resource management What We’re Looking For: * Apprentice-trained in Electrical Engineering with an HNC or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering * Ideally 10 years of experience in electrical project & installations management within manufacturing or FMCG environments * In-depth knowledge of BS 7671 wiring regulations, NICEIC standards, and inspection/testing (2391) * Skilled in leading teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing high-value projects * Experience integrating control systems, instrumentation, and process electrical installations * Strong commercial acumen with full understanding of budgeting and financial reporting * SSSTS/SMSTS certification and Project Management training desirable You’ll Thrive Here If You * Have a passion for engineering excellence and delivering value to clients * Excel in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with shifting priorities * Want to influence growth and innovation within a business-critical leadership role * Enjoy developing talent and building high-performing teams Ready to make a real impact and take ownership of a high-profile, growth-focused division?
