Duties and responsibilities
* Supporting monthly payroll preparation in coordination with HR, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Assisting with the time-recording system, working with Operations to ensure accurate booking, address queries, and highlight variances to budget.
* Contributing to the implementation of a new finance system, including user acceptance testing.
* Supporting month-end processes and reporting, including developing new procedures as systems evolve.
* Assisting in preparing monthly internal and external financial reports.
* Providing support to project teams on profitability analysis, forecasting, and planning.
* Performing variance analysis, reconciliations, asset management, and collections activities.
* Supporting compliance requirements, including SOX testing, regulatory reporting, and tax submissions.
* Contributing to the implementation of financial standards across the organisation.
