About Our Client
We are excited to be partnering with a respected organisation in the public sector to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their collaborative and forward-thinking HR team.This is a permanent role offering a mix of strategic and operational HR work. You'll be a key partner to senior leadership across multiple directorates - including overseeing complex people matters.
Job Description
3. Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals
4. Lead on organisational design and workforce planning
5. Drive forward staff engagement, performance, and capability development
6. Support with complex employee relations cases and workforce change
7. Influence and embed EDI and culture change across directorates
8. Provide trusted advice on talent, resourcing, performance, and structure
9. Contribute to organisation-wide HR projects and policy development
The Successful Applicant
10. CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience) - essential
11. Experience working in Higher Education and/or NHS preferred
12. Would consider Public Sector candidates
13. Strong background in complex employee relations, change management, and stakeholder engagement
14. Confident in leading and coaching senior managers through transformation and cultural change
15. High levels of emotional intelligence, political awareness, and resilience
16. Experience in working within unionised and complex environments
