We are looking for a Head Chef who will ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. The role is focused on the day-to-day running of the kitchen, delivering efficient service to students while maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety.
Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by the company and client.
* Lead the kitchen operations and support management in areas including food safety, training, recruitment and achieving financial targets.
* Deliver an efficient service with strong customer service and high food safety standards.
