Tiptree Medical Centre is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and highly confidential finance administrator to join our busy GP surgery team, on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and financial skills, who understands the importance of handling sensitive information with discretion. Key responsibilities: Accurate inputting, processing and management of financial data Maintaining financial records and ensuring data integrity Handling private forms, invoices, and sensitive documentation Processing and managing subject access requests (SARs), in line with data protection regulations Ensuring strict confidentiality when handling patient and financial information Supporting the wider administrative team with general office duties Liaising with staff and external organisations, where required About the Candidate We would welcome applications from experienced administrators with a strong financial background. Experience of working within a GP Practice or healthcare setting is desirable and familiarity of medical systems and financial software (preferably Quickbooks) would be an advantage. You will need to be o rganised, adaptable with a high level of attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
