SEN Teaching Assistant : Redhill
Salary: GBP22,000 : GBP25,000 per annum

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Redhill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
You will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support

Assist with EHCP targets and learning interventions
*
Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
*
Support pupils academically and socially
Requirements:
*
Previous experience supporting SEN learners
*
Patient, resilient and empathetic approach
*
Strong communication skills
*
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
