Job Description
What you’ll do
Our care assistants are vital in supporting clients to live safely and independently at home. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and medication support. Additionally, you'll help with practical tasks including shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
