Delivery Lead - Data Location: Norwich Salary: Circa £70,000 This is a great job for someone who enjoys being at the heart of delivering technology change that supports our marketing capabilities and operational customer data, working across a complex and evolving landscape of platforms and teams. This is a leadership role that blends delivery discipline with Agile ways of working to ensure outcomes are delivered reliably, predictably, and with real business impact. The role sits within the Delivery function to shape and drive the successful delivery of change across our Customer Data Platforms, and spans multiple portfolios including Customer & Marketing, General Insurance and IWR. A bit about the job: You will lead and mature end-to-end delivery across the Customer Data Platforms, ensuring change lands with predictable cadence, high quality, and clear value. You'll optimise the value stream to improve flow and transparency while balancing platform health and regulatory needs. You will build and coach a high-performing community of Agile Delivery Specialists and Scrum Masters and embed effective Agile practices across engineering and product teams. You'll strengthen planning and governance so teams operate with clear roadmaps, defined scope, and credible commitments. You will introduce meaningful delivery metrics that drive transparency and informed decision-making, act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement across all teams. Skills and experience we're looking for: Solid understanding of Agile values, principles, and delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with the ability to apply them pragmatically. Proven experience in leading delivery across complex, multi-team environments, ideally within data or technology platforms. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and drive collaboration. Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and to have a delivery-focused mindset with a passion for enabling teams to succeed and deliver value.
