Role Responsibilities Overview: Deliver time-critical, temperature-sensitive shipments safely and on time - Ensuring no compromise to shipment integrity, compliance, or delivery timelines Protect the quality of highly sensitive medical and research materials - Using specialist packing techniques to maintain strict conditions throughout transport Provide an exceptional customer experience - Acting as a trusted and professional representative during all collections and deliveries Ensure complete accuracy in documentation and compliance - Supporting audits, regulations, and smooth shipment progression Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Managing multiple priorities without compromising safety or quality Maintain storage conditions and operational readiness - Monitoring temperature-controlled environments and ensuring materials are always available and compliant Keep vehicles and equipment safe, clean and ready for use - Carrying out checks and basic maintenance to minimise disruption Work collaboratively to solve problems and improve processes - Contributing to a high-performing, supportive team environment What We Offer You: Competitive salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum Comprehensive benefits including: Pension, Life Assurance & Group Income Protection Enhanced Primary & Secondary Caregiver Leave 25 days holiday Birthday Leave Volunteering Leave Cycle to Work Scheme & Discount Shopping Scheme Specsavers Vouchers & Employee Assistance Programme Work Environment: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 Fully onsite from our Cambridge office (CB22 3TJ) Career Growth: Opportunity to work with strategic global accounts Be part of a growing, innovative organisation operating in 170 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas What You’ll Bring: Full, clean Category B driving licence Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent customer service and communication skills A proactive, reliable, and accountable approach Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative working style Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance Additional licences (e.g. ADR, Category C, forklift) is desirable To learn more about Biocair, please visit us at: https://www.biocair.com/ Diversity & Inclusion: Biocair is committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome, included, valued and respected.
