The Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of operations and products in accordance with our quality management system. Responsibility for test & Inspection of manufactured and supplied parts from our internal or external supply chain. To take a proactive role in the day-to-day leadership of the inspection team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the role:
* Supervise and coordinate the inspection team
* Time, attendance and performance management of inspection team
* Assign inspection tasks and ensure coverage of all areas
* Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
* Ensure test and inspection activities are carried out in accordance with our internal procedures
* Track and verify implementation of corrective and preventive measures that impact the cost of quality.
Qualifications

* Previous supervisory or management experience
* Planning of workload to ensure a constant flow of work
* Strong communication skills and collaboration
* 3-5 years of experience within Aviation
* Working to tight deadlines
* Work closely with all functions, progressing and verifying actions and reporting on issues affecting quality

* 6S knowledge / implementation
