The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Director should have:
11. Professional accounting or financial qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
12. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
15. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
16. An understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
