Job Description We are looking for a candidate who can provide efficient and effective customer focused support to Council Services working both individually and collaboratively as part of a team. The post sits within the Licensing Team which is a high-volume service area and requires a strong level of digital competency. Applicants should be confident using a range of IT systems, accurately following legal procedures, and maintaining high standards of administrative practice in a busy environment. 2 x fixed term post. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
