A new position has arisen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work for a well-known organisation in Willenhall. You will be working as part of a busy accounts team, processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements and resolving supplier queries. My client is looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk, who is able to join the business and hit the ground running working under minimal supervision using your own initiative. You’ll be:
5. Coding, inputting and releasing invoices
6. Processing invoices through the Purchase Order System
7. Dealing with invoice discrepancies and supplier queries
8. Liaising with clients
9. Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
10. Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring timely payments to suppliers
11. Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all payments are accounted for
