Important: Initial training and development will take place in Birmingham (Mailbox district). Candidates should be able to commute to Birmingham or relocate for the training period before progressing into opportunities connected to the Leicester market.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Trainee Sales Manager, you’ll gain practical experience across several areas of the business:
• Supporting the delivery of sales and promotional campaigns
• Representing client brands during events and customer interactions
• Learning how to track campaign performance and results
• Working alongside senior managers to understand team leadership and operations
• Developing communication, coaching, and management skills
This role is designed to develop leadership capability through real experience, not classroom theory.
Training & Development
