Senior Project Planner – Winchester Area – £45,-£55,
Project Planner required to join a medium sized engineering company delivering mission critical solutions.
The Senior Project Planner will manage the planning and monitoring of projects to which they are assigned throughout all project stages. They will work with the project team to develop the most efficient project methodology and execute the timely delivery of a project through its lifecycle.
The successful Project Planner will be an expert user of Primavera P6 software and will have previous Project Planning experience, ideally with understanding of infrastructure projects.
The Package:
Salary – £45,-£55,
37 hours per week Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-16:30

The Role:
1. Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project;.
2. Conduct Project Controls, including cost forecasting, earned value management, risk assessment, and change control.
3. Provide Schedule Analysis and Reporting.
4. Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports and analysis.
5. Collaborate with Project Teams to provide scheduling advice, support change management, and resolve scheduling issues.
6. Ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity.
Requirements:
7. Expert user of Primavera P6 software.
8. A detailed understanding of infrastructure projects, how they are designed, constructed, and commissioned.
9. Able to accurately define project schedules and plan with clarity.
10. Deep understanding of Project Control principles and techniques, including proficiency in budget and spend management, change control, data analysis, and trend analysis.
11. APMG Project Planning & Control Foundation and Practitioner.
