Our client, a dynamic and growing charity, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to join their Finance Department in Kent. This role offers hybrid working with 1 day per week working from home. Key responsibilities include preparing revenue journal entries, reconciling control accounts, and assisting with financial reporting and audits. You will contribute to a values-driven environment emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and respect.
* ACCA or CIMA Qualified or part-qualified accountant.
* Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting standards.
* Experience in preparing journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
* Exceptional analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
* Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Given the location of this organisation, it is beneficial if the Finance Manager can drive.
