In your new role as an Site Support, you will be working within a warehouse environment with our cleaning team. Your duties will include a mixture of Admin work and Cleaning. For the Admin tasks your duties will be:
1. To assist managing all Administration Processes related to Contract
2. To work and take instruction from the Site Manager & Regional Account Manager as required
3. Updating Mitie interfacing web portal on a daily basis.
4. Attend weekly/monthly meetings/conference calls as required.
5. Update internal and external databases and administration systems as required.
6. Accurately file both manually and electronically as per business policy and procedures
7. Ensuring operational paperwork is to corporate standards.
8. Ensure correct working procedure is followed and that all health and safety company procedures are adhered.
9. Have a flexible approach to business support to ensure deadlines are achieved
10. Ownership of data systems to ensure records are maintained and processes followed as appropriate
11. Manage reports and supporting contract documentation
12. Assist in the preparation for client meetings
13. Assist in the creation and distribution of management information and reports
14. Create reports for client information
As it relates to your cleaning duties, they will be:
15. General cleaning and tidying of all areas within the Warehouse including washrooms and canteens
16. You'll use appropriate cleaning equipment, materials, and cleaning products
17. Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order
18. You'll need to react quickly to call-outs from the client and comply with all Health & Safety legislation and policies (all training will be provided)

What we are looking for
27. Administration experience essential
28. Relevant experience of Microsoft packages – must have good working knowledge of Excel
29. Excellent data entry skills
30. Must have a flexible approach to working
31. A knowledge of facilities management sectors is desirable
32. Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
33. Relationship building skills – in particular to be a self-starter willing to take the initiative when necessary and excellent ability to work well within a team structure, and support and guide team members as required
34. Ability to work on own initiative to a high level of accuracy and to meet deadlines
35. Customer Care - Capable of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
36. Ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective working practises
