Maintenance Engineer Cheltenham £46k + Great Benefits + Overtime + Training & Development Permanent I am currently looking for Shift Engineers to strengthen a busy Production Team based in the Gloucestershire area With a strong multi-skilled background, and the proven ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment, your key responsibilities include: - * Proactive, planned-preventative maintenance to ensure our existing equipment is able to meet capacity demand and efficiency targets. * Reactive maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime. * Identifying and delivering against opportunities to implement changes and continuous improvement projects to maximise plant efficiencies. * Assisting with the introduction of new equipment to a market-leading production facility as part of our continued drive for innovation. * Continuous professional development through industry specific training. You will be able to fault find on a range of mechanical and electrical equipment, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
