Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver personalised Maths and/or English sessions
* Work with students who have a range of additional needs, including autism and SEMH
* Use adaptive teaching approaches to support engagement and progress
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Encourage both academic improvement and personal confidence
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience supporting SEN/SEND learners
* Ability to deliver structured and effective lessons
* Based in Rochester or able to travel locally
* Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
* Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
