Role Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the nursing team in delivering excellent care
* Manage medication administration safely in compliance with NMC standards
* Create and implement treatment plans
* Maintain a safe, caring, and stable environment
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
* Support the Service Manager in achieving targets
* Mentor and guide team members
* Collaborate with the management team for smooth operations
To qualify, you must hold a current NMC registration and a relevant nursing qualification. A compassionate attitude and professional knowledge are essential.
