The Role
The CRM and Digital Experience Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of Kia UK Limited’s (KUK) Marketing strategy (becoming Leaders in Electrification and Digital Solutions) for customer engagement and content management with the aim of building a loyal Kia customer database, driving sales and converting prospects to next generation Kia owners.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks:
1. To provide full-service marketing resource, including strategic planning, the formulation of annual marketing plans, quarterly campaigns, budget management, briefing of agencies and management of the creative production process.
2. Identify and monitor key KPI metrics and monitor the usage and effectiveness of materials/campaigns.
3. Management and control of assigned budgets, ensuring the relevant stakeholders are aware of spend commitments and managing budget spend levels thorough adherence to SAP protocols.
4. Management and implementation of measurement tools to record performance of each core programme.
CRM
5. Design and execute email strategies to maximise customer engagement, purchasing & conversion, reducing bounce rate etc.
6. Develop a Customer Journey which incorporates all communications from KUK to Customers and Prospects.
7. Owning the lead management process for Marketing.
8. Develop customer marketing initiatives to increase traffic, engagement and leads, which lead to conquest customers and ensure customer retention.
9. Working closely with the Customer Quality Team to improve the customer retention and database quality.
10. Manage the upcoming transition from Siebel to Sales Force.
11. Plan and Develop Dynamic content to support multiple Customer Journeys from Prospect through to Repurchase.
12. Developing an email strategy for improving the Dealer Email Marketing Process working with Kia Contact focusing on Tactical, Launches and bespoke campaigns.
13. Drive the Customer Engagement via marketing communications to specific demographics, segments and hand raisers.
14. Working closely with the digital team to tag, integrate and monitor customer behaviours on the website.
Digital Experience
15. Manage Showcase content, ensuring it remains always up to date and relevant.
16. Manage the creation and maintenance of 360 digital assets & ensuring earliest available reference photos for new vehicles/derivatives.
17. Ownership of Dealer Digital Solutions content and reporting including Digital POS and Marketing Portal.
18. Enhancing Dealer & Customer usage of the these digital tools including reporting and analysis of usage, downtime, troubleshooting, etc.
19. Responsibility for the creation and management of all digital product literature (product brochures, specification sheets and monthly price list updates).
About You
20. Educated to degree level or equivalent level preferred.
21. Automotive experience required. An understanding of Project Management is highly beneficial.
22. Broad spectrum of automotive knowledge across functions.
23. High energy, driven, self-starter and well-motivated.
24. Excellent written and spoken English with some copywriting experience.
25. Knowledge eCRM/EDM/Email Marketing.
26. Demonstrate effectiveness in working cross functionally.
27. Organised individual with a high level of attention to detail and results driven.
28. Demonstrates resilience, flexibility and willingness to explore different paths to achieve an outcome.
29. Ability to manage budgets, schedules and in preparing estimates.
30. Adjust quickly to new circumstances, challenges and ability to handle ambiguity.
31. A team player working on multiple projects supporting various initiative.
32. Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

Location/Travel
The Kia UK Head Office is based in Walton-on-Thames, just a 5 minute walk from the station. We also have plenty of on-site parking for drivers, including EV charging ports.
