An experienced Mosaic Consultant with good strong technical skills for form building and process configuration is required to support the delivery of enhancements to Children’s Services forms and processes. The consultant will lead on managing the Change Board, information gathering and project management, liaising with key stakeholders within Children’s Services and the Mosaic Service to prioritise and progress change requests. The consultant is required to train and mentor a member of the team over the duration of the contract with the objective for the trainee to be able to successfully and confidently take over the position of Children’s Business Analyst. The consultant is required to form a working practitioner group to support the change process and to carry out thorough UAT ensuring front end user involvement is at the forefront of change. Identification of any training and development requirements, alongside transition processes and handover to business-as-usual processes with clear instructions for ongoing management and support by the Mosaic Team Children’s Business Analyst. The consultant will report to the Mosaic Service Team Manager.
