Hotel operations manager

We are a Boutique Hotel (36 bedrooms) in the Heart of Manchester. Looking for a new Hotel Operations Manager.

* We are looking for the Future General Manager. Someone who is climbing the ladder to be a GM one day. This Ops manager position would be a hands on approach where you will be guided and supported by the General Manager, on the way to work for your first GM position in few years.

The applicant's duties will include but not limited to:

* Hiring and training of the team
* Overseeing operations - including, but not limited to: Front office, F&B, Maintenance.
* With a Strong FnB knowledge and experience
* Ordering and managing stock
* Building sales and profit
* Attending regular management meetings

Late evenings and weekends will be necessary and a flexible approach to the business needs.

Experience:

* Hospitality: 5 years
* FnB: 5 years
* Hotel Operations: 1 year

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
