We're working with a leading global FM & Business Services provider that's in a strong growth phase, due to a significant increase in bidding and contract awards they're looking to appoint a Mobilisation Director
You will take ownership of high-value, complex mobilisations across the UK. This is a pivotal, client-facing leadership role where you'll shape how new contracts are embedded, ensuring they land effectively and set the platform for long-term success.
The Role
You'll lead end-to-end mobilisation activity on major FM contracts, typically high volume multi-site, multi-service and multi services ensuring a seamless transition from bid to operational BAU.
Key focus areas:
* Owning mobilisation strategy and execution across multiple contracts
* Acting as the senior interface with clients during transition phases
* Leading cross-functional teams (ops, HR, commercial, supply chain)
* Managing TUPE transfers and workforce integration
* Driving governance, risk management, and mobilisation timelines
* Embedding operational structures that support contract performance from day one
The Person
* Proven experience mobilising large-scale FM or outsourcing contracts
* Background in integrated FM / TFM environments
* Strong client-facing credibility at senior level
* Deep understanding of TUPE, onboarding, and service transition
* Commercially aware, able to balance delivery with contract margin
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused business
