Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Commercial Account Handler based in Otley, Suffolk. The role involves working with you assigned Account Executive(s) managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, meeting clients when required, handling renewals, and providing advice on bespoke insurance solutions. Daily tasks include liaising with customers to understand their needs, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with insurance providers to offer the most suitable coverage options for clients. Maintaining and building strong client relationships will be a core part of the role.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing renewals and strong attention to detail in insurance policy updates and maintenance
* Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
* Proven expertise in account management and maintaining client portfolios
* Knowledge and experience in insurance and insurance brokerage practices
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under deadlines
* Good computer proficiency with the ability to use insurance software..
* Relevant certifications or experience in the insurance industry
