You’ll also carry out monthly internal quality audits, ensuring external regulatory requirements and internal processes and procedures are followed* ## It’s likely that a substantial amount of travel will be required, including occasional overnight stays and some evening commitments.## * ## A proven record of leading a successful portfolio of homes, inside the care sector.* ## A natural people person who enjoys building lasting professional relationships and demonstrating the value of collaboration* ## An ability to quickly establish credibility and build rapport and trust amongst key stakeholders* ## Evidence of successfully managing and delivering business KPIs, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive growth within a complex business* ## A demonstrable record of effective decision making, strategic thinking and project delivery.## ## We’re a health insurer and provider.
