This is a front-end growth and capture role, with full ownership of identifying, shaping and winning contracts across the public sector. You will lead opportunities from early market engagement and capture planning through bid strategy, governance and submission. The role carries accountability for building and converting a high-value, sustainable FM pipeline, while expanding into adjacent sectors such as local authority, education and emergency services.
