Manage and supervise the Commercial team responsible for gas and electricity billing whilst ensuring all customers receive outstanding service within a framework of regulated guaranteed standards of service.Water and Heat Household Customer Billing:Work alongside the Retail and Customer Service Team to ensure the completeness and accuracy of water and heat billing through robust internal control procedures and budgetary controls.Non-Household Customer Billing:Manage and develop our in-house retail billing team to ensure that non-household customers are registered efficiently and are correctly billed.Tariffs & Data Management: Oversee the collection, processing, and aggregation of data to support accurate multi-utility billing.
