Job Title: Team Leader
Location: National Operations Centre, Castle Donington
Salary: £27,000-£29,500 (Dependent on experience)
We are looking for an experienced individual to join us as a Team Leader in our National Operations Centre, based in Castle Donington. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of customer service advisors, ensuring exceptional performance and continuous personal growth.
What You’ll Do:
1. Lead, mentor, and coach team members, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Experience of leading people is essential.
2. Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
3. Plan, organise, and manage daily team activities and projects, ensuring successful and timely completion.
4. Act as the key point of contact between the team and senior management, facilitating clear communication.
5. Monitor, assess, and report on team performance against key metrics, driving improvements where necessary.
