Roles and Responsibilities
As a Maths Teacher, your key duties will include:

Curriculum Delivery: Planning and delivering engaging and innovative maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and potentially A:Level.

Student Development: Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels confident in their ability to learn and excel in maths.

Assessment and Feedback: Evaluating student progress through various methods and providing constructive, timely feedback to help them succeed.

Collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience for all students.

Classroom Management: Maintaining a well:managed and safe classroom, ensuring a productive and focused learning environment.

Extracurricular Activities: Contributing to the schools enrichment program by running extracurricular maths clubs or supporting intervention sessions.
Requirements
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
*
Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level.
*
Strong knowledge of the UK Mathematics curriculum.
*
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
*
A genuine passion for maths education and a commitment to student success.
