We are currently looking for motivated individuals with experience in manufacturing to join our growing team and play a key role in the bus-building process. Working Hours: Option 1 (38 hours/week): Monday - Thursday: 06:30 - 16:30 Option 2 (37.5 hours/week - Night Shift): Sun, Mon, Tue: 16:30 - 05:30 The Role: As a Glass Fibre Operative, your main responsibility will be to support the manufacturing of parts within the glass fibre department. Key Duties Include: Manufacture parts as per specifications in the glass fibre area. Work effectively as part of a team, following Work Manual Procedures (WMPs) and instructions from the team leader. Safely operate plant machinery and various hand tools related to the manufacturing process. Comply with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures. Undertake any required training or retraining due to new working practices. Assist in training other team members when necessary. The Requirements: Experience in manufacturing or construction industry. Minimum 3 months' experience using hand tools (e.g. brushes, rollers, DIY tools). Ability to read and understand Work Manual Procedures. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Willingness to undergo or provide training as needed. Awareness of general Health & Safety practices.
