Job Responsibilities
1. Interpret sub-system requirements.
2. Generate electrical schematics and cable design definitions utilizing Zuken E3.
3. Provide assistance, guidance, and issue resolution for E3 users and the ability to utilize & integrate Zuken E3 throughout the product development lifecycle.
4. Investigate a full range of cable problems and issues; develop and prepare solutions, either individually or as part of a project team.
5. Support manufacturing issues and assist with functional and environmental product trials.
Minimum Requirements
* 2-5 years' experience with E3.Cable and related products (E3.Formboard/ E3.3D Transformer beneficial).
* Ability to define, deploy, and refine processes within E3, including electrical topology, wiring schematics, and manufacturing standards.
* Experience in developing and delivering technical instruction to E3 users.
* Understanding of product data management and change management (e.g., Windchill).
* Ability to design cable assemblies based on electrical constraints such as current, screening, signal types, volt drop, EMC, and environmental requirements.
* Knowledge of cable assembly production/process engineering.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with PTC CREO Cabling is advantageous.

The team provides professional design services, embracing new and existing technologies to meet quality and timescales, ensuring customer satisfaction. The Interconnects Team is the primary technical expert for interconnectivity, responsible for designing cables and interconnecting mediums, offering technical expertise and innovation.
