About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead cost reduction initiatives and ensure R&M contracts are properly utilized

* Produce and analyze breakdown reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

About You:

* Strong technical background in mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs), cherry pickers, or access equipment
* Desire to step away from tools and take on an office-based management position
* Proven ability to coach and support technicians, using your experience to improve outcomes
* Excellent problem-solving skills, able to guide others through technical queries
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Competency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Organised, resilient under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
* Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
