This role involves managing and optimising the digital systems that support campaign delivery, events, and communications, bringing marketing, technology and data to ensure scalable, high-quality digital execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Configure, manage, and optimise digital platforms, marketing automation tools, and CMS systems to support campaign, event, and email delivery.
2. Implement and maintain system integrations across marketing technology, data capture, and audience engagement platforms.
3. Translate business, commercial, and operational requirements into technical specifications and scalable digital solutions.
4. Oversee end-to-end digital campaign and event workflows, ensuring system reliability, performance, and compliance.
5. Monitor platform performance, data accuracy, and system integrity, identifying issues and implementing technical improvements.
