* Provide specialist advice and guidance to staff on supporting disabled students and inclusive practice
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the University’s Student Inclusion Strategy
* Deliver training on disability awareness and relevant legislation, including the Equality Act
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to coordinate effective student support
* Monitor service performance, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements

About You

You will be an experienced professional with a strong understanding of disability support in Higher Education or a similar setting.

You will demonstrate:

* Experience of leading or supervising staff and delivering services
* Strong knowledge of disability legislation (including the Equality Act 2010) and inclusive practice
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs in a high-demand environment
* Knowledge of assistive technologies, Non-Medical Help (NMH) provision and Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders
* A clear commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion

A degree (or equivalent experience) is essential. A relevant professional qualification or experience in disability and inclusion is desirable.
