Job Description:
This role is all about impact. You will focus on external stakeholders, supporting us to evolve our activities and ensure we maximize our impact for communities. Leading projects, you’ll ensure they connect to our vision and deliver for customers. You’ll provide creative solutions, deliver with pace and enthusiasm, and foster strong relationships.

Typical daily activities include:
* Developing external growth and positioning messaging with the support of senior leaders, creating strategies and engagement plans.
* Overseeing large-scale projects with strong governance and reporting.
* Driving organizational change to improve customer standards and support growth.
* Building our reputation and brand with stakeholders.
* Developing customer experience and strategic plans, involving customers in improvements.
* Communicating our impact and growth stories effectively.
* Managing relationships with research and data partners to gain insights and drive ideas.
* Leading social value reporting to showcase community impact.
Ideal candidate attributes:
* Experience in delivering quality services with a focus on customer experience and growth.
* Ability to tell compelling impact stories and embed cultural change.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and reporting to senior leadership.
* Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent storytelling, report writing, and presentation skills.
Desirable qualities:
* Proficiency in Excel and political engagement experience.
* Marketing background or qualifications.
* Analytical mindset and strategic outlook.
* Experience in housing, education, or care sectors is a plus.
