About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Business Coordinator to join our team at Central Park Greyhound Stadium. Working closely with the General Manager and Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of race days, events, and office operations. This is a varied position covering bookings, customer service, cash handling, administration, and supporting live events.

Key Responsibilities
10. Handle customer enquiries and process bookings using Event Master.
11. Manage day-to-day office operations.
12. Support social media, website updates, and promotional activity.
13. Assist with cash office duties (cashing up, preparing floats, reports).
14. Provide hands-on support during race meetings and events.
15. Liaise with contractors, trainers, and homing organisations.
16. Represent Central Park and ARC professionally at all times.
What We’re Looking For
17. Strong admin and customer service skills.
18. Computer literate (spreadsheets, formulas).
19. Experience in hospitality, sport/leisure, or administration.
20. Cash handling and reporting experience.
21. Organised, personable, and able to work well under pressure.
22. Social media and call-handling experience.
23. Event Master knowledge is a bonus (training provided).
