A small financial software solutions company is urgently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to assist its busy Marketing team. Your duties will include: * Assisting in planning and organising company events in the EMEA region * Coordinating logistics such as venue booking, vendor communication, catering, and equipment setup * Supporting event promotion through email campaigns and social media * Managing event registration, guest lists, and on-site support * Assisting in executing marketing campaigns and tracking their performance * Maintaining marketing calendars * Providing administrative support to the Marketing team and EMEA Sales team * Writing and producing content for the EMEA market to support Sales * Coordinating and executing webinars Your experience must include: * Proven relevant experience in a marketing coordination role including hosting webinars, planning/running events etc * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong IT skills * The ability to commit to 20 hours a month, during normal working hours (Monday – Friday), with flexibility to work more hours if necessary, and attend venues in person in London, to assess site suitability and attend events is essential * This position will suit potentially someone on maternity/paternity leave or currently studying a marketing degree to work around their studies * This position will be working remotely...
