Location: Madingley Hall is part of the Institute of Continuing Education in the University of Cambridge, a historic country house with meeting rooms, bedrooms, and facilities set in extensive grounds.
The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide supervision, cleaning and housekeeping services across Madingley Hall Estates (including Madingley Hall, hotel bedrooms, conference areas and all public/communal areas). You will support the Housekeeping Manager with trainings for new starters, cleaning operations, and supervise the smooth running of the housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Supervisor will have managerial duties on the occasions when the Housekeeping Manager is away from the Hall and Estates sites.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient cleaning operations within the hotel, lodge, conference areas and the public areas (Hall and Estates).
This is a full-time position: rota-based work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends, evenings and public holidays. Core hours are between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
