The Replenishment and Production team are responsible for ingredient, inventory, and box preparation. You will supervise a team of Replenishment Operatives ensuring everything is prepared and managed to support our Production team. You'll be responsible for allocating operatives to the line, and work closely with our Line Leaders and Shift Managers.
Responsibilities:
* Production line set up and clear-down activities
* Replenishment of stock on lines - refilling appropriate line positions with correct stock in the correct positions at start of shift and for each changeover
* Allocating Replenishment staff onto lines
* Carry out regular checks of stock levels to ensure sufficient stock of all required ingredients is available
* Check and challenge the quality of ingredients
* Work closely with the Line Leaders and Replenishers to ensure lines are well stocked
* Work closely with the Pallet Ninja Team to ensure staging areas are stocked
* Proactively ensure no shortages and prepare next line for production team
* Train and develop Replenishment Operatives promoting an excellence culture
