MainResponsibilities
Diagnoseandresolvetechnicalissueswithplantandequipment,sharingknowledgeandusinginitiativewhileon-site.
Conductandaccuratelyrecordroutineplantinspections.
Performscheduledservicinginlinewithmanufacturerspecifications.
Carryoutpre-throughexaminationinspectionstoensureequipmentcompliance.
Providefamiliarisation,guidance,andsupporttoapprenticesandoperatorsonthesafeoperationandcorrectmaintenanceofplant.
Adviseon,orseekguidancefor,plantmodificationsanddevelopmentinlinewithChangeControlprocedures.
Identifyandrecommendopportunitiestointroducenewtechnology.
Train,mentor,andsupportthedevelopmentofteammembers.
Maintainthecompanyvehicleanditscontentstoensurefullcompliance.
Respondpromptlytounforeseenmechanicalissueson-site,includingoutsidenormalworkinghourswhenrequired.
Monitorandreplenishsparepartscarriedinthecompanyvehicleasnecessary.
