A leading Top 100 national law firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Partner to lead and shape a highly regarded Residential Development practice in its Birmingham office.
This is a standout opportunity to work closely with national housebuilders on large‑scale residential development projects across the UK, in a well‑established, high‑performing and well‑funded team.

It is open to both salaried and equity Partner levels, with flexibility to support team moves where appropriate, and the firm is ready to scale the team quickly for the right individual or incoming group.

Overage arrangements and security
Strategic land work including option agreements, promotion agreements and hybrid structures
Collaboration, consortium and joint venture arrangements, including site assembly
Planning and infrastructure agreements
Building licences and development agreements
Development management agreements
Mixed‑use schemes and structuring advice
Institutional residential investment
Investor acquisitions and disposals of residential portfolios
