What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Overseeing the technical development of complex instrumentation and precision equipment.
2. Translating the product roadmap into actionable project plans.
3. Coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and project managers.
4. Managing resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
5. Providing strategic leadership while supporting hands-on problem-solving.
6. Driving continuous innovation, ensuring products remain competitive and cutting-edge.
7. Championing a collaborative and high-performance culture.
About You
You’ll be a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, ready to lead high-complexity product development.
Degree/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
5-10 years of product leadership experience in complex instrumentation, precision technology, or high-tech equipment.
Proven track record of bringing technical products to market successfully.
Strong leadership and team management skills within a multi-disciplinary environment.
Experience working in fast-paced, innovation-driven organisations.
