PRS is actively seeking a Mobile Plumber to maintain a portfolio of high:end commercial office buildings across London and M25.
Key Responsibilities:
9989; Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance efficiently
9989; Carry out basin and tap replacements and general plumbing works
9989; Conduct fire alarm checks, emergency lighting, hot and cold water maintenance
9989; Work on FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS, and risers
9989; Handle minor fabric works (e.g., fixing broken doors/locks)
9989; Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
10004; NVQ Level 2 (City and Guilds) in Plumbing
10004; Previous commercial maintenance experience
10004; Knowledge of water treatment, HVAC systems, and FCUs
10004; Ability to participate in an on:call rota
10004; Strong customer service skills for a corporate client:facing environment
