Aramark UK are currently recruiting two Chefs in their Education sector to join our team at Hartpury University & College, GL193BE.

Job Responsibilities
* Cooking and preparing food ready for grab & go & lunch service, ensuring minimal wastage. Supporting functions/hospitality events.
* Working collaboratively as part of a team of chefs and acting as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
* Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals.
* Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, placing food orders, and maintaining kitchen records.
* Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries. Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
* Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
Key Requirements:
* Previous catering experience required
* Chef qualifications
* Excellent team player
* Excellent communication abilities
* Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
