About the role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant (Morning/Evenings) to join our team at Lidder Home Care. If you have a passion for caring and want to make a real difference in the lives of residents in the community, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtimes
* Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
* Follow care plans and ensure residents' dignity, choice, and independence
What We're Looking For:
* A kind, caring, and patient nature
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A willingness to learn and develop
* Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
* A driving license
