$100,000 – $150,000 per year (commission based)
Responsibilities
* Present and close vehicle financing and insurance products
* Explain dealership policies, aftermarket products, and financing options
* Ensure full financial disclosure and accurate contracts and bills of sale
* Build and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms
* Process finance applications and ensure compliance with regulatory and dealership standards
* Prepare, package, and manage documentation required for vehicle delivery and trade‑in liens
* Support sales consultants with deal structuring, participate in sales meetings, and train team members on finance and lease programs
Qualifications
* 1‑2 years of experience in automotive financial services with a proven track record of success
* Passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building
* Motivated, professional, and able to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
* Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
* Strong ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
* Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar
