Your Role: SHEQ Manager/Health and Safety Manager Responsibilities Champion strict compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and site-specific performance standards to ensure a safe working environment. Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, delivering clear insights and proactive support to management and team members. Spearhead the development, review, and continuous improvement of health and safety procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices. Conduct comprehensive site audits and inspections, meticulously tracking findings and driving timely implementation of corrective and preventive measures. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and professional development within the safety team. Requirements Proven experience in a Health and Safety role, with a strong understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across all levels. Ideally NEBOSH certified, or minimum IOSH qualification (NEBOSH training can be provided if needed). A confident leader with the ability to inspire, guide, and challenge others to uphold safety standards.
